Our Group Training program is crafted for maximum results in minimal time, offering participants specialised support, programming, and education.
Each session, led by our highly skilled and motivating coaches, follows a unique “45 or 60-minute formula” integrating Strength, Endurance, and Cardio. This ensures optimal results in a supportive, engaging, community environment with personalised programming and support.

Run Club
Our Run Club is for everyone! Whether you’re an absolute beginner or a regular, our Run Club is tailored to anybody and everybody who wants to move.
You can run at whatever pace you like. There is no expectation.

Our online coaching solution is the primary training method for many of our PP community members. We offer personalised programming through our user-friendly app, with daily access to our highly skilled and supportive coaches.Β
